i have been doing some Research and discovered that there are just to many consolidation company’s that are scams .i need help and don’t want to get caught up even more. i do not understand why as a taxpayer that we are able to bail out the banking Industries but thay wont give out personal loans.

My husband was out of a job for a while and of coarse we felt like there was no other choice but to use our credit cards. Now we are stuck in a big hole and can’t get out. The finance charges are ridiculous and I feel like it’s nothing but a scam. I’ll pay it down below the limit, and then it jump up and the charge plus another charge of being over, which was not my doings. I need help, I’m afraid we are headed towards Bankruptcy. I looked this up, and this company seems like this is what I need to help. Has anyone had or heard good things about Care-One Debt Relief?

My husband’s employer of 17 years chose to restructure the company. He is now pursuing a new trade entirely. Is there any grants or other money available for his new business and our family finances during this transition? Our debt to income is totally out of whack and we need help!

I have had seven rental apartments in older buildings on one site. Due to the economy etc. income has not matched outgoings for some time. Will need to borrow more to pay the insurance premium in July. Sale value of property very poor in this market and unlikely to sell for more than what I own the bank (personal note). At what point do I just quit?

They have owned a restauraunt for 2 years and this year it’s gone downhill. They are desperately in debt and work other jobs just to almost pay the bills. They have only 2 employees, me and another girl. We’ve cut down on every thing we think is possible. Nobody will give them a consolidation loan. They talked to a lawyer and will file bankruptcy in 2 weeks unless a miracle happens. The place is for sale in the paper but no one has called at all. Is there any thing they can do to save their business? This has always been their dream and it’s horrible, how can I help?
