I am in a debt settlement program. I have settled with 2 of 3 lenders. If 3rd won’t settle what happens?

Keep waiting it out- they will settle. If your working with a company-they will work to get the best settlement as possable for you. It is common to have to wait until the end of your program to get all accounts settled. Just don’t use that $5k for anything, and keep saving up as much as you can!
