Based upon what you are able to pay each month into your settlement account, we can then determine how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately be debt free.
Creditor Communications. We will go over the process of how to communicate with your creditors to effectively minimize the collection calls and provide the best success of settlement. Reaching a settlement usually takes some time, but once a settlement has been reached, it will be obtained in writing from the creditor and you will be consulted for settlement approval.
Ongoing Support. Each client is provided 24-hour access to an online client account system. There you can find a huge selection of financial education videos and materials to help you along the way. In addition, you will be able to monitor the status of your program and communicate with experieced support staff via online, or via phone toll-free. Debt Freedom. At the point that a creditor has accepted a negotiated settlement as payment in full, you are free of that debt forever. Your negotiating team will diligently continue to work on negotiating all of your debts, until you are finally free from the once overwhelming debt that you started the program with.
